A Model for Effective Online Instructional Design  1. Despite the rising popularity of online learning, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is crucial to create excellent online instruction to guarantee that students meet their objectives. 2. The article suggests a four-phase paradigm of analysis, design, development, and evaluation for successful online instructional design. 3. The analysis phase entails examining the learners' needs, the instruction's objectives, and the environment in which it will be delivered. 4. The design step entails creating an outline for the teaching, which includes the content's structure and arrangement, the instructional techniques to be applied, and the assessment techniques. 5. The actual instructional resources, such as films, activities, and evaluations, are created during the development phase. 6. In the evaluation phase, the effectiveness of the lesson is evaluated, and any improvements that are required are made.
