The implementation phase typically involves scheduling the training sessions, delivering the content using various instructional methods, and evaluating the learners' performance using formative assessment strategies.

Evaluation: The final step is to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program. This includes gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders, analyzing the results, and making improvements to the training program as needed. The evaluation phase typically involves conducting a summative assessment to measure the overall effectiveness of the training program and using the results to revise and improve the training materials for future use.
